It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time etc.) It's a very well equipped gym, but I cannot understand why there are no products for cleaning the equipment after use. You automatically get off the waitlist and onto the class but if that happens overnight and you miss their class or its within 4 hours and you cancel then it gives you a strike. We do advise all members who book onto the waiting to either cancel the night before if they have not heard anything or still set an alarm to check if a notification has been received.
